WorkNorway is now looking for an Injection Molding Specialist for a job in Norway.

Our client is a modern and technical company with high expertise in the production of plastic and composite components.

We are now seeking an Injection Molding Specialist who can contribute to establishing and ensuring effective production processes in the injection molding department.

The company has a modern machine park with injection molding machines from Engel.

Responsibilities:

*Responsible for the operation and maintenance of plastic and composite molding processes

*Prepare and change tools according to the production plan

*Handle and program automated equipment such as pick-and-place robots

*Ensure correct material supply and color mixing

*Participate in maintenance planning and ensure regular maintenance of machines and equipment

*Contribute to continuous improvement and process development

Qualifications:

*At least 5 years of experience in plastic or composite molding processes

*Experience with Engel machines and parameters for injection molding

*Knowledge of tool changes, machine maintenance, and production monitoring

*Experience from the automotive industry is an advantage

*Good knowledge of English, Norwegian, or another Scandinavian language is desirable

*Forklift and/or crane certification as well as a driving license (B)

Working hours and conditions:

*2-shift with the possibility of overtime and weekend work
